the apartments are available as from 17.00 pm and have to be vacated
by 10.00 am

the
owner of the apartments will furnish a lease agreement once a deposit
has been paid through a postal order or by bank transfer

The
deposit to be made corresponds to 50% of the cost of lease. In case
of a cancellation notice, such deposit will be refunded as follows:

cancelled within 90 days from the arrival
- the entire
deposit will bi returned less €

| The
remaining 50 % has to be paid immediately upon arrival directly to the owner |
NB.
Should the travellers not present themselves at the agreed date and time,
after a lapse of 48 hours without any communication to the Akesines company,
the apartment will then be deemed to be free and may be rented out again
by the company. |
