owner of the apartments will furnish a lease agreement once a deposit
has been paid through a postal order
* The deposit to be made corresponds to 50% of the cost of lease. In case of a cancellation notice, such deposit will be refunded as follows:
NB. Should the travellers not present themselves at the agreed date and time, after a lapse of 48 hours without any communication to the Akesines company, the apartment will then be deemed to be free and may be rented out again by the company.
