villa is easily reached by car through a country road which cuts along
the wooded valley.

| The villa has been recently refurbished and retains several rustic features such as the wood burning oven and the fireplace, as well as other modern facets such as the pastel painted walls which render a joyful atmosphere to the place and there is also a billiard table to make the stay a happy one. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

villa is surrounded by its own open spaces with barbeque facilities and
it is immersed in an olive grove of a hectare.

| Francavilla di Sicilia is a typical Sicilian town and has about 5000 inhabitants. The town has bars, restaurants, Pizza places and shops for every need. Every Friday, there is a flea market near the old train station and one can find all types of goods and bargains. Several places of interest can be easily reached from the town such as; within 3 km the famous Gole dell'Alcantara, within 10 km you can reach the Golf club; within 17 km there are the beaches of Giardini Naxos; within 20 km Taormina and Castelmola; within 30 km there is Mount Etna. Francavilla di Sicilia is the ideal place and a starting point to explore the Alcantara valley (today a fluvial nature park), the Etna park and Nebrodi parks. From this point, it is also quite easy to reach Messina, Catania, Siracusa, Noto, Tindari and Agrigento. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
