Villa Uliveto (Francavilla di Sicilia)

‘Villa Uliveto’ is perched on a hillside, about 3km from the town of Francavilla di Sicilia, surrounded by high and fragrant eucalyptus trees and a vast expanse of Mediterranean vegetation. One can marvel at the breathtaking views from the terrace in front of the lodge which offer astounding views of Mount Etna and the valley surrounding the hill.

The villa is easily reached by car through a country road which cuts along the wooded valley.

The villa has been recently refurbished and retains several rustic features such as the wood burning oven and the fireplace, as well as other modern facets such as the pastel painted walls which render a joyful atmosphere to the place and there is also a billiard table to make the stay a happy one.

Swings are also present for the pleasure of the young ones to play the free time away.

The Villa is rented out as from 17:00pm on arrival and should be vacated on departure day by 10:00am

The leases are made from Saturday to Saturday

House features:

- Country lodge on ground floor with fireplace and autonomous central heating by request which requires the use of large gas cylinders of 25Kg at an extra charge – the cost for every gas cylinder used is Euro 50,00; providing an autonomy of about 3 days maintaining an internal temperature of 18 degrees
- Living Room with a fireplace, billiard table, sofa-beds for 2 persons, TV-SAT (Hotbird-Astra)
- Kitchen with old wood burning oven, electric kitchen appliances, refrigerator and dining table.
- Bathroom with shower, bidet and washing machine
- Main bedroom with possibility of adding a single bed or cot
- Terrace with garden, drive-in internal access is illuminated
- Private parking space at your complete disposal
