werden

Der Geschäftsinhaber der Wohnungen wird ihnen einen regulären
Mietvertrag verleihen nach der Anzahlung durch Postanweisung

Die Anzahlung entspricht 50% der Miete

Bei eventuelle Kündigung:

innerhalb 90 Tage vor der Ankunft
- Wird der Gesamtbetrag weniger €10,00 zurückgegeben |

- Wird 25% des Gesamtbetrags zurückgegeben

Qualora il vacanziere non dovesse presentarsi entro la data e l'ora stabilita,

l'appartamento si renderà libero e la società potrà
riaffittarlo |
